Returns

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

- Unsealed items such as sheet masks and serums
- Gift cards or promotional items
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@skintera.shop within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund your item at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email support@skintera.shop.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not shipped. Email support@skintera.shop as soon as possible.
Return Shipping
- Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
