Skintera Shipping Policy

At Skintera, we strive to deliver your skincare essentials quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery times, and tracking so you always know what to expect.

Order Processing 

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). 
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
  
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once your order ships
  

Shipping Times

• United States: 8–14 business days
• Canada: 10–16 business days
  
• International: 12–20 business days
  

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
  
• Orders under $50 incur a flat rate of $6.95.
  
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier.
  

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, a tracking link will be emailed to you.
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
  
• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

Skintera Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: December 1, 2025

At Skintera, we want you to love your skincare experience. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
• To start a return, email support@skintera.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used skincare products
• Unsealed items such as sheet masks and serums
• Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@skintera.shop within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund your item at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email support@skintera.shop.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not shipped. Email support@skintera.shop as soon as possible.

Return Shipping

• Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without tracking.
